Twelve Consecutive Years of 100% Member Satisfaction
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (March 14, 2017) – For the twelfth consecutive year, members indicated 100 percent satisfaction with the AEIX program as a member-owned vehicle for providing excess liability protection, risk management and quality improvement. Member comments provided positive reinforcement about the AEIX program and PIMS’ staff as well as planning suggestions for the upcoming 2017/2018 policy year.
The 2016 satisfaction survey, completed by members of American Excess Insurance Exchange, RRG (AEIX) in December 2016, demonstrated a continued high level of satisfaction by member healthcare systems for the insurance coverage and services provided by AEIX. Each year, several representatives from each member system are given an opportunity to complete the satisfaction survey which provides valuable feedback to AEIX and its contracted manager, Premier Insurance Management Services, Inc. (PIMS).
